We offer Free US shipping on orders over $150. free standard shipping on all domestic (US) orders  (Not apply to Final sales, Promo codes and discounted orders) 

BATH + BODY Orders to be shipped within the U.S will be eligible for free 3-5 business day shipping as long as their total is greater than or equal to $100. Note free shipping may not apply to sales items or the amount could be changed during sales event.

Orders to be shipped within the S.KOREA will be eligible for free 3-5 business day shipping as long as their total is greater than or equal to $150. ( not apply to Final sales, Promo codes and discounted orders ) 

Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable.

SHIPPING and  HANDLING

We dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. International orders may take up to 4 business days to process. Orders may be split and items may ship separately, due to inventory location. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

International customs & duties

any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. these charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

Please note:

• We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
• The shipping cost is non refundable for returns
• Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times 

Lost Packages:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
