RETURN POLICY

OUR POLICY

All returned products are eligible for store credit only. (Excluding damage)

To initiate a return on a web item please email us with the reason and order number at CS@YEAREND.US within 3 days from the date the Customer received it.

(Non-refundable items: Sale, Coupon Discount Items, Pre-Order, Final Sale, White, Ivory, Cream Colors, Knitwear, Delicate Fabrics, Jewelry, All Accessories Sunglasses, Socks , Hats )

Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unworn including Smell or Traces of Perfume, Sweat, Fragrance) and undamaged, with all tags attached.) and its original packaging within 7 days from the date the Customer received it.

Any returned items that are incomplete or damaged will be sent back as is to the Customer at the Customers expense.

Once the return item has been shipped the Customer must provide tracking information to CS@YEAREND.US All return costs (postage, packaging and other costs) will be paid by the Customer.

Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. Goods sent unilaterally without prior information will be returned to the Customer at the Customers expense.

RETURN CONDITIONS

-All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached

-Merchandise must be returned in one package

REFUNDS

All returned products are eligible for store credit only. (Excluding damage)

Please note store credit is valid for 6 months from the issuance date. Items purchased with store credit is not eligible for return.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed,

a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange a purchased item for a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

제품 또는 사용 훼손한 경우, 상품 택, 상품 부자재가 제거 혹은 분실된 경우 반품이 안됩니다.
프리오더, 세일 아이템, 이벤트, 프로모코드 등 모든 행사때 구매하신 경우 반품이 안됩니다.
상품하자 의 사이즈, 색상교환 등 단순변심에 의한 교환/반품 택배비는 고객부담이며, 배송비는 환불되지 않습니다.
반품된 제품은 검토 후 배송비 재외 하고 환불됩니다.
